We’re excited to share that our online shop has officially moved to Shopify

Our new platform makes browsing and ordering smoother than ever, with faster loading, easier navigation, and a fresh new look across all devices.

Shopify is a trusted platform used by companies such as Rails of Sheffield and Accurascale, so you can expect the same reliability and ease of use when shopping with us.

This upgrade helps us serve you better while making it even easier to explore our growing range of Modelu figures, details and accessories.

• Smarter Navigation
  You can now search for products in a variety of ways: we will have the functionality to filter by Collection, Era, Operating Company or Brand to quickly find what you’re looking for.
• Improved Performance
  Our new site can handle higher volumes of traffic, so it stays fast and reliable even during busy periods like sales.
• Improved Mobile Experience
  The new website is fully optimised for phones and tablets, making it easier to browse and place orders wherever you are.
• Order Tracking
  You’ll be able to track your order easily through the Shop app.
• Order History
  If you’ve previously had a 3D scan with us, this will now appear in your order history alongside your product purchases.
• Faster Checkout
  Shopify’s streamlined checkout makes completing your order quicker and more secure than ever.
• More Payment Options
  We now accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and American Express, alongside our existing payment methods.
• Earn More Loyalty Points
  Currently, you can earn points for leaving a review. On the new website, you’ll be able to collect even more points by leaving a review with an image.

• Activating Your Account
  If you had an account on our previous website, you can now log in using the same email address as before. Shopify will send a one-time code by email – simply enter that code on the site and your Modelu Miniatures account will be activated automatically.
• Loyalty Points
  Any loyalty points from your old account have been carried over to the new website, so your balance is ready and waiting. You’ll continue to earn points every time you shop or leave a review.
• Reviews
  All of your existing product reviews have been transferred to the new site, so you can still see your feedback on the items you’ve purchased.
• Order History
  Order history may take a little while to appear in your account. Don’t worry – all past orders will be available to view soon.
• Wishlists
  Unfortunately, wishlists have not been transferred as part of the migration. You can now create a new wishlist on the Shopify site by saving your favourite Modelu figures and accessories directly to your account.
