At Modelu, we’ve always believed that miniature figures can do more than just add realism to a scene - they can also tell stories and connect people. That’s why we’re proud to support Models for Heroes, a UK charity that uses scale modelling to promote wellbeing among members of the Armed Forces and Veterans’ community.
Models for Heroes is the first organisation of its kind in the UK, supporting serving personnel, veterans and emergency service workers through the therapeutic activity of model making. From building a kit to painting the smallest details, the process is more than just a hobby - it helps develop focus, dexterity, and provides a calm, creative space that can make a real difference to mental health.
Working with the charity and its members, we’ve created a special range of unique figures within our Modelu Military collection. These figures are based on real service personnel, captured with our 3D scanning technology to ensure lifelike accuracy. A proportion of every sale goes directly to Models for Heroes, helping the charity continue its vital work across the UK.
