Anyone customer with a Modelu account can join the program. Place an order, and you’ll start collecting loyalty points to put towards your next modelling project. Please note that this excludes customers with Trade Accounts.

Your points are added automatically to your account after each activity.

You earn 1 point for every £1 spent.

For example, an order of £25 will earn you 25 points.

When your balance reaches 125 points, you’ve earned yourself a £5 discount towards your next project. Simply log in, check your points balance and apply at checkout.

Yes. If you return an item, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account once the refund is processed.

No — your points don’t expire, so you can save them up and use them whenever you’re ready.

No. Loyalty rewards and gift cards can’t be applied to the same order. You can still earn points when you pay with a gift card, but you’ll need to use your reward on a separate purchase.

Yes! You can use your loyalty rewards alongside other discounts, promotions, or sale items. It’s just another way to make your modelling budget go further.
