Shipping policy

Shipping is by Royal Mail, and tracked orders are provided a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 10 days for your order to be prepared. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on seasonal fluctuations and our events calendar. If you have placed an order, you can track its progress and place reorders directly from your Modelu account.

EU Orders

Orders sent to countries within the European Union are shipped from the United Kingdom.

UK VAT is removed at checkout for EU customers. However, your order may be subject to local import VAT, customs duty and carrier handling fees before delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and/or the delivery carrier and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless stated otherwise.

Please note that from 1 July 2026, the EU is introducing a flat customs duty on low-value imports, which may apply in addition to import VAT and any carrier administration charges.

If import charges are due, your parcel may be held by the carrier until payment is made. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse these charges for refused or unclaimed shipments.

United States Orders

Orders to the United States are shipped from the United Kingdom.

For US customers, UK VAT is removed from our prices. We have adjusted our US pricing to include the current US import tariff and ship using a duties-paid service, so you should not normally be charged additional import duty on delivery.

If you are contacted by a carrier requesting import duty or tariff payment, please contact us before paying so we can investigate.
